More often than not these girls have come to Abbingtons from out of town with the sole purpose of buying a prom dress that day. Let's face it, it's coming down to crunch time. Yes, prom may be another two and a half months away, but with alterations, date, tuxedo, accessories, and flowers to worry about, the dress should be top priority at the moment. Why on earth would you drive, for some, 90 minutes to buy a prom dress, try on a dozen beautiful dresses, find the one that looks absolutely stunning on you that is also 25% off, and walk out empty handed? I just can't seem to figure it out. Now, I realize that some of these people might not have been willing to shovel out the extra cash for the perfect dress, but if they drove the 90 minutes especially to come to Abbingtons (which is known for it's designer original gowns)I would think that they would have been prepared? After all, for most of the girls who I have dealt with, this is their senior year, and as a senior myself I know that I wanted what I deemed the perfect dress, no matter the price tag, and my mom felt the same way.
That's why I 'Said Yes to the Dress'.
In regards to the girls who walked out empty handed I said 'What Were They Thinking'?
